After getting into a contract with us, you just have to leave the rest to us and stick on your contract. You are open to renew your contract before it expires or when it expires.

Once your shipment registration is complete, you will be given your tracking details for you to track and know the status of your shipment and possible delivery date and time.
You can cancel your shipment 1hour after your registration for shipment is complete. Its not possible to cancel shipment that's already on its way.
To track your shipment, open our website and visit the track & trace page. Then enter the consignment number or the tracking number on the space provided on the tracking form and click track result.
